Dear Residents of Trinity Lakes,
Welcome to our new Web site
In March, your Trinity Lakes Board approved looking at revising our governing documents to update them to be more consistent with new updated Illinois HOA laws. This process is in the beginning stages. You can find our original documents in the document section. Once the documents become amended, they will be added to this document section.
There were also discussions about the Board potentially bringing back a neighborhood picnic/block party towards the end of Summer prior to the start of school rather than the adult oriented evening restaurant outing. If there are any homeowners who may be interested in helping to plan something like this, we would appreciate some feedback. Please contact Amanda Kumar & Carolina Eupierre thru the 'board of Directors page' or you can find their contact information in the Trinity Lakes directory.
Also, earlier this year the Board chose to hire English Gardens for the 2023 thru Spring 2024 to enhance our four entrances with improved colorful floral display.
